You can surf and add products to the cart without registration as guest user. The checkout page requires your fill your basic details to place your order. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

What are credit notes & where can I see my credit notes?

Credit notes reflect the amount of money which you have pending in your SmartKart account to use against future purchases. This is calculated by deducting your total order value minus undelivered value. You can see this in “My Account” under credit note details.
What are coupon codes?

Coupon codes are discount codes that are issued as special offers that you can redeem against your purchase. The coupon can be redeemed during the check out stage by entering the coupon code in the column provided.

GST will be applicable as per Government regulations. Delivery charges will be applicable on your total bill as per the delivery fee structure. Please refer to delivery details page to check applicable delivery fee.
Will you deliver at my post code?

Once you are on smartkart.com.au Please click on the 'Check Delivery Availability' button on the home page. Enter your post code. You will get a pop up notifying you if SmartKart has delivery to your post code. If yes, please click the link ‘check delivery cost’. You will be able to find the cost of delivery to your home based on the value of purchase. You will also get the cost of delivery on your invoice based on the location and value of your bill. If your post code is not in our delivery list, please send us an email at Info@smartkart.com.au and we will get deliver it to you on a mutually agreed delivery method.
How will the delivery be done?

We have a dedicated team who will hand delivery them to your home. Based on your order, SmartKart team will communicate to you by email / SMS on the scheduled date and time window when your delivery will be made. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available at home to take the delivery at the time and date provided by SmartKart. All deliveries are made to the address as given by you, and you will be available in person to receive the delivery. If you are not available during delivery, we can leave the order at your door if we have your written consent to do so prior to delivery. We will not be responsible if the parcel is reported as missing after the delivering the order at your door with your written consent. If you are not available to receive the delivery and we have not received your written consent to leave the delivery at your door, then we will have to re-schedule the delivery. You will be paying for the delivery charges. Re-delivery charges are based on your delivery suburb.
How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right-hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

The minimum order for free delivery is $40 per order. For any order less than $40, you will be charged a nominal delivery fee of $4.99. Free delivery charges are applicable only for select postcodes, other postcodes will be charged on a mutually agreed rate. Once you are on smartkart.com.au. Please click on the ‘Check my delivery’ button on the home page. Enter your post code. You will get a pop up notifying you if SmartKart has delivery to your post code. At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our customers, if you are not available at the time of order delivery or you haven’t checked the list at the time of delivery, we provide a window of 24hrs to report missing items. This is applicable only for items that are invoiced.
